Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, color or size preference, or ordering the wrong item. Commissions are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once work has begun. Details, deposits, and approval steps are agreed before we start.

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded. If a file is corrupted or won't download, contact us and we will resend it.
